Clients we like to work with are open to a transformation, rather than just wanting one or two outfits.

They also are willing to take expert feedback and guidance because they know it's the fastest path forward.

Lastly, they have enough of a budget to work with so we can create a meaningful result for them - typically at least 2K, but many men budget much more than this if they want a larger wardrobe.

Once you enroll, you'll get immediate access to our online portal complete with trainings and steps to schedule and prepare for your call. Once you submit your requested pictures, complete the questionnaire, and schedule your first call, we here at Pivot get to work on your case and put everything together.

You then meet with your personal stylist over Zoom, going over your exact steps, strategies and all the items you'll need to transform head to toe. This includes your hairstyle, facial hair, skincare, best colors, dressing your body type, best brands, and of course your full personalized shopping list.

Afterward, you get access to your personalized client portal which has your shopping list of links to purchase where everything has been hand selected for you.

As you implement the suggestions and purchases, you also have unlimited email support for 6 weeks and follow-up calls to support you even further.

You'll work with me (Patrick) 1-on-1 for a full day where everything is taken care of. We meet at your place or hotel to begin our day. We start by going over educational materials designed for you. We then go through your existing clothing. I'll have you try on some items, and we'll see what we can keep, what we need to donate, and what we need to have tailored. All items that need adjustment will be altered by our master tailors and shipped back to your doorstep.

We then spend the majority of the day shopping. All the items are prepicked and pulled for you, waiting in personalized dressing rooms.

After a shopping session, we head back to your place to either pack you up, or put things back into your now organized closet.

I'll take your items to a donation center, which you'll receive a tax write off for.

A couple of days later, you'll receive a comprehensive PDF summary I created for you that covers everything we did during the consultation, color analysis, links to external products, etc. that you can use forever. This includes skincare, and hairstyle tips and suggestions.

Finally, you have 30-days of email support after the day together just incase you need any further assistance.

We have hubs in Scottsdale, AZ, and San Diego, CA - Both are well-known for high-end fashion and luxurious resorts. It's a great place to come for a quick style vacation.

I can also travel to you in any major city for an additional fee + travel costs. This works out well for men who might be too busy to travel themselves or men who just want the convenience of staying in their area (subject to availability).

In-person work tends to book up quickly, typically at least 1-2 months in advance from the time you purchase the consultation program.

The online consultation program has more flexibility, and your first call with your stylist can generally be scheduled within 1-2 weeks of the date you purchase the program.

It's structured according to each package, meaning there are no hidden or extra fee. Nearly every client that has come out of these sessions has remarked that they got much more than what they paid for. I’ve posted some of their responses here.

In regards to how much you should budget for clothing purchases, that is up to you. Think of us as investment advisors, telling you where to put your budget for the best and highest quality items for what you have. Most men spend anywhere between 2-10K.

Our program fee is always the same regardless of your budget. Once flat fee to transform your appearance.

Currently, to work together online, the fee is 1997. To work together in-person, it's 5500.

All payment is required upfront before any service. This allows us to lock down your scheduled consultation date and begin working on your case right away before we meet.
There are no exceptions to this.

You are responsible for all the clothing purchases while working together and you can set your budget at whatever you'd like.

Everywhere. It depends on your needs as a client. We have no partnerships with certain brands or stores - it all comes down to what will work best for you and the best options for the budget you give us to work with.

For the online consultation program, you get direct links to the products to purchase, including the size, fit, color and brand. It is easiest for you to shop online using these links, but most options can be found in-store if you'd rather do that.

For the in-person consultation program, everything is purchased in-person - all your items are pre-picked and put into personalized dressing rooms for you, making it as simple as possible.

This depends on which package you purchased and what your goals are. The full day takes around 7-9 hours. This might seem like a lot of time, but it's necessary to give you a change that will last. If you want more detailed time and slightly shorter days with more intense coverage, the two-day package is your best bet.

There is no "one-size-fits-all" look, and we can't stress that enough.
